By downloading, installing, or using the Profile and Lead Management Android Application ("Bookinz Business"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business purposes.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, or reverse engineer the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms of Use.
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
5. Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune Jurisdiction.

You agree to use the Profile and Lead Management Android Application ("Bookinz Business") in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any conduct that could harm the App, its users, or our reputation.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its contents are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited license to use the App for its intended purpose, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyavsaay Digiworld Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Vyavsaay Digiworld Private Limited regarding your use of the Profile and Lead Management Android Application ("Bookinz Business"), superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to the same subject matter.
13. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
