All purchases of subscriptions or packages for the Profile and Lead Management Android Application ("Bookinz Business"), whether made through the "Bookinz Business" application or manually by our sales team, are non-refundable.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased through the App or manually by our sales team.
3. Exceptions
In the event of a technical issue or error on our part resulting in an overcharge, we will promptly rectify the situation and issue a refund if deemed necessary.
